M-TERRAINS SECS is a long-term forage mix of grasses and legumes suited to healthy, dry soil conditions. This multi-species meadow can be used for both mowing and grazing.

Why sow an M-grassland/dry-land mix?

Advantages of the mix :
- Suitable for healthy, dry soils;
- Can be used for both mowing and grazing;
- Produces staggered crops with leafy regrowth in summer/autumn;
- Produces fodder with very good feed value (0.7 UFL and 76 g PDIN/kg D.M.);
- Maintains a good grass/legume balance;
- Is rich in protein all year round thanks to white clover and trefoil.
Operation:
- M-TERRAINS SECS is suitable for establishing grassland in healthy to dry soil, intended for alternating mowing and grazing.
- M-TERRAINS SECS requires appropriate management to maintain a balance of species in the meadow: shave the meadow well at the start of winter and mow the refusals if necessary during grazing.
